Grade One Teacher Cory Week 18

  Week 18 (6/8-6/12) Monday June 8th Dear Parents, Final exam week is about to begin! As a reminder, the Listening Exam will be held on Wednesday, June 10 , and the Oral Exam will take place during class on Thursday and Friday, June 11 and 12 . To help your child prepare, please review my previous blog posts from Weeks 12–17 , where you can find the vocabulary lists as well as links to the decodable readers and main stories we have covered in class. Most importantly, encourage your child to stay calm and confident. Take a deep breath, relax, and remember—we've worked hard all semester and we're ready for this. We’ve got this!   FINAL EXAM SCOPE   G1 Final Exam Scope, Spring 2026   Dear parents,    Exams will be held on:   Listening Exam – Wednesday, 10 th June, 2026 Oral Exam – Thursday and Friday, 11 th and 12 th June 2026 Written Exam – Wednesday, 17 th June 2026   The exams may cover the following:  LISTENING EXAM: Communication book vocabulary from weeks 12-17   ORAL EXAM:      Students will read a short passage combined from the various decodable stories.
