Grade Two Teacher Cory

Welcome back, everyone!

It’s hard to believe that summer is already over and we are ready to begin another school year. It is especially nice to be starting Grade Two with the same wonderful students and families we got to know so well last year.

Grade Two is an exciting year. The students will be reading more, writing more, learning new vocabulary, and becoming more independent in their English. We will also have plenty of opportunities to learn through games, stories, activities, and lots of conversation.

As always, I hope our English classroom will be a place where students feel comfortable trying new things, making mistakes, asking questions, and having fun while they learn.

I’m looking forward to seeing how much everyone grows this year. Welcome back, and let’s have a great Grade Two together!
